Web Portal Login

    Open the Enterprise Login page and enter your registered 10-digit mobile number.
  2. 2
    Enter your password. New users receive login details in the welcome email from the school.
  3. 3
    Click Login. You may be asked to enter a 6-digit PIN or OTP sent to your mobile or email for extra security.
  4. 4
    On first login, you may be prompted to set up a 6-digit PIN for faster access on future visits.
  5. 5
    After verification, you are taken to your role-based dashboard (Owner, Admin, Teacher, etc.).

Forgot password?

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your registered mobile number and follow the reset link sent to your email.
  3. Set a new password and log in again. Contact your school admin if you do not receive the reset email.

Mobile App Login

Bright ESMS App

    Download the Bright ESMS app from the Play Store.
  2. 2
    Log in with the same mobile number and password used on the web portal.
  3. 3
    Complete OTP verification if prompted. Set an MPIN in the app for quick future logins.

Common issues

Confirm you are using the correct 10-digit mobile number and password. Check your welcome email or ask your school admin to verify your account is active.

Wait a minute and use Resend OTP on the verification screen. Check your registered email inbox and spam folder. Ensure your mobile number is correct with the school office.

Your session may have timed out due to inactivity. Log in again. Avoid using the browser back button after logout — open a fresh login page instead.
