Follow these steps to access your child's attendance, fees, homework, and school updates.

Web Portal Login

Recommended for browser
User ID / Mobile Number
Father's or mother's mobile number registered with the school
First Login Password
Student's date of birth (same as admission record)

    Open the parent login page and enter the registered parent mobile number.
  2. 2
    Enter your child's date of birth exactly as recorded during admission.
  3. 3
    Click Login. On first login, you will be asked to create a 6-digit PIN for faster future access.
  4. 4
    On your next visit, enter mobile number and your 6-digit PIN to log in quickly.

Forgot PIN?

  1. Go to the parent login page and choose Forgot PIN.
  2. Enter the registered parent mobile number and student date of birth.
  3. Set a new 6-digit PIN and use it for future logins.

Mobile App Login

Bright ESMS Parent App

    Download the Bright ESMS parent app from the Play Store.

    Login with your registered parent mobile number.
  3. 3
    Use the father's mobile number as the initial password (unless the school has given you a different one).
  4. 4
    After first login, change your password and set a 6-digit MPIN in the app for secure quick login.

Common issues

Check that the mobile number matches the father's or mother's number saved with the school, and that the date of birth entered is the student's DOB, not the parent's. Contact the school office if details need correction.

Ask the school admin to verify the student record has the correct father/mother mobile number. The default app password is usually the father's registered mobile number.

Use the same parent mobile number. If multiple children are linked to your number, the mobile app shows all children after login. On the web portal, you access the child linked to the mobile + date of birth combination used at login.
