Welcome to the ESMS (E - School Management System) platform provided by Be Bright Solutions. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ESMS offers tools to manage academics, attendance, communications, billing, and related school operations. Features and availability may vary by plan and region.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account and institution information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and access granted to staff, parents, and students.
  • You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the platform only for lawful school operations.
  • No unsolicited or unlawful messaging; respect consent and opt-out requirements.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service.

4. Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. The Data Processing Agreement governs how we process personal data on your behalf.

5. Messaging & Email Vendors

Messaging and email delivery rely on approved vendors. Your use is subject to the Vendor Messaging & Email Agreement, including quota limits, sender identity, and anti-spam rules.

6. Payment & Fees

  • Plan fees and messaging credits are billed as per your selected plan.
  • Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
  • Non-payment may lead to suspension after notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All ESMS software, documentation, and branding remain the property of Be Bright Solutions. You retain rights to your own data and uploaded content.

8. Availability & Support

  • We strive for high availability and timely support but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Maintenance windows or vendor outages may affect messaging or email delivery.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may terminate anytime; data export options are available upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Be Bright Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ESMS.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
